Few rooms available for 2024/2025!

We have a lot of residents at Bovendonk, meeting guests, hotel guests and many more, but we also got 26 student rooms. These are 1 person rooms with your own sink. They are incl. the furniture you see on the picture. The bathroom and toilets are a shared space with the other students. Our kitchen makes daily fresh meals from €6,00, so you can eat a fresh meal from monday till friday! We also got a bicycle loft to secure your bike or scooter. You can enjoy our free wifi!

The rent

For acadamic year 2024/2025 the rent will be € 525,00 per month. There is a €250 deposit required for the room, which will be refunded upon departure with a two-month notice period.

Some pratical lines

• Only possible for international students, in accordance with municipal guidelines
• We provide a regular cleaning service
• Your communal showers will be cleaned once a week ( we will provide cleaning stuff so if you want you can do an extra cleaning yourself)
• The toilets will be cleaned every day
• Your plates and cutlery you have to clean yourself.
• If you have garbage bags you can put them in container which stands at the side of the building
• You can do your own laundry for free with the washing machine
