International student room @ Bovendonk

We have a lot of residents at Bovendonk, meeting guests, hotel guests and many more, but we also got 21 student rooms. These are 1 person rooms with your own sink. They are incl. the furniture you see on the picture. The bathroom and toilets are a shared space with the other students. Our kitchen makes daily fresh meals from €6,00, so you can eat a fresh meal from monday till friday! We also got a bicycle loft to secure your bike or scooter. You can enjoy our free wifi!

THE RENT
For acadamic year 2024/2025 the rent will be € 525,00 per month. There is a €250 deposit required for the room, which will be refunded upon departure with a two-month notice period.

SOME PRATICAL LINES
Only possible for international students, in accordance with municipal guidelines
We provide a regular cleaning service
Your communal showers will be cleaned once a week ( we will provide cleaning stuff so if you want you can do an extra cleaning yourself)
The toilets will be cleaned every day
Your plates and cutlery you have to clean yourself.
If you have garbage bags you can put them in container which stands at the side of the building
You can do your own laundry for free with the washing machine
